Any agreed rebates are nullified if items are airfreighted or advised to exclude rebate due to sale or clearance pricing.
LED Colour Variations
The manufacture process of LEDs has inherent variations that impact color temperature, lumen out and forward voltage of the LED chips. The the manufacturing process has targets for these parameters however the finished LEDs never match the target parameters exactly. Hence manufacturers measure these parameters for every led and group LEDs into what is called bins. These bins have what is determined as an acceptable variation range. Most Task Lighting LED products are produced from a 2 bin range (7 McAdams ellipse or steps per bin) and some products have tighter binning being picked from sub bins. Binning and colour variation can be a significant factor in a project design. Therefore Task Lighting does not accept any liability for variations in colour between LED chips in its products. In saying that, Task Lighting will make every endeavour to provide you with an excellent colour consistent product as long as we are consulted in the design process and special runs of tight binning can be arranged to meet customer needs. If in doubt about what this means for your project being undertaken please contact us for advice.
Task Lighting offers a warranty on all products. That warranty varies by product. If there is a problem with one of our products at our discretion, we may provide you with a new or refurbished product and require you to return the faulty product to us, at Task Lightings cost, using our own courier service. We may require confirmation that the installation was completed correctly and certified by a qualified electrician who can demonstrate suitable experience and knowledge in the installation of LEDs products.
Task Lighting reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without notice.
